Privacy Policy
The AMC is committed to safeguarding information collected from the public.
What types of Information do we collect?
The council collects information that is provided to us by competitors, sponsors and volunteers, including but not limited to company and individual names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers.
When will we request this information?
- On registration forms.
- In event surveys.
How will we use the information?
- Announcements, Product Offers. The council uses contact information to communicate with participants about the competition. We use the information to provide informational announcements, and to communicate offers for products or services that we think will be of interest to participants.
- Event Rosters. The council may provide participant and sponsor rosters for the aviation maintenance competition.
- Preferred Provider Product and Service Promotions. The council may share participant's personal information with the council's contractors, and other partners who have a legitimate business need for such information or perform services on the council's behalf. Participants are entitled to special offers for valuable products and services from the council's affinity partners. To facilitate these partnerships, the council shares limited information, such as company names, primary contact names, office mailing address, telephone numbers, fax numbers, and company email addresses with our affinity partners. Our affinity partners are only permitted to use your information to communicate offers that are directly related to the products or services that they provide. Affinity partners will not contact you for any other reason without our knowledge and consent and are further prohibited from selling, renting, or sharing your information with any other company or third party.
