See Eaton Bulletin TF100-138 that lists the following tools needed by assembly step. 

• Step 1 RTSGO-01-08 marking gauge. 

• Step 3 Rynglok -08 Assembly Tool, hose assembly (P/N RTST8-02-08), Quick Disconnect Coupling and hand pump. 

• Step 5 Fitting swage inspection gauge RTSGO-51-08.

Scoring:

Scores will be calculated according to the AMC score sheet. Penalties will be assessed for following: 

1. Step 1 - Not selecting the correct RTSGO-01-08 Tool from the tool kit. 

2. Step 1 - Not marking tube correctly using RTSGO-01-08 Tool and marking pen. 

3. Step 2 – Not inserting the fitting to the correct depth on the tube per the position mark. 

4. Step 3 – Not selecting the correct size tool from the tool kit. 

5. Step 5 – Not swaging the fitting correctly and not passing the visual inspection using gauge RTSGO-51-08.
